What is your returns policy?

We generally only accept returns if the item is damaged on arrival. For all of the details on returns and exchanges please see our refund policy.

Do you provide a shipping tracking number?

Yes, your shipping number will be emailed to you, on the email you provided when ordering, once your order has shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, our crack team of fulfilment ninjas starts preparing it for shipment, typically taking 2-4 business days to complete their work. After they’re finished and your order is picked up by our logistics partners, you’ll get an email with tracking information.

Shipping times will then vary based on where you are:

  • USA and Canada: 2-6 business days
  • UK: 2-6 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand 2-14 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

If the closest fulfilment centre to you is out of stock, your order may be routed through another location, which could add a bit of time to the delivery. However, it's said that all good things come to those who wait, but we strive to keep any delays to an absolute minimum.
