Refund policy
The team here at Mosaic Rhino want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes the best laid plans can stray from the intended trail.
Life is complicated enough which is why we have a 30-day happiness guarantee, That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if you're not happy with what we sent you.
If your shirt doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or just doesn’t feel right, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
We'll just need to see the receipt or proof of purchase to help us out with our admin.
What's covered?
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong size or wrong item
- The fit or print quality isn’t right
- You’re within 30 days of delivery
If you’re unsure, email us anyway at support@mosaicrhino.co. We’re reasonable people.
What do you need from me?
- Tell us what went wrong (a photo helps, but isn’t mandatory)
- Let us know whether you’d prefer:
- A refund, or
- A replacement in the correct size
We’ll process it promptly, no hoops to jump through.
Do I need to return the shirt?
No. We don’t ask you to send items back.
If there’s an issue:
- Keep it
- Donate it
- Give it to a friend who shreds tees on the trail
- Or repurpose it as a boot polish cloth
We’d rather spread the art than add to landfill.

A Few sensible trail notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Replacement items are printed and shipped as quickly as possible
- We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of repeated abuse (rare, but worth saying).
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@mosaicrhino.co.
